Job Summary: If you have experience keeping an apartment community or commercial property running smoothly, this role will feel like a natural fit with a lot more fun. Celebration Station Oklahoma City is looking for a skilled, hands-on maintenance technician to maintain our facility, grounds, and miniature golf course, with shared team responsibility for go-karts, bumper boats, and batting cages. We will train the right person on our attractions what we need is someone who knows how to keep a property looking sharp and running right.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform painting, touch-up, and finish work throughout the facility and miniature golf course, maintaining a clean and polished appearance at all times.
• Perform light electrical repairs, including fixture replacements, minor wiring, and related troubleshooting.
• Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs, including work with pumps, filtration systems, and pool chemical management.
• Perform carpentry and general building repairs, including work on doors, windows, floors, drywall, and other building components.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping, including routine upkeep of the miniature golf course and surrounding outdoor areas.
• Conduct general and preventative facility maintenance, including HVAC filter replacements and other scheduled building tasks.
• Complete work orders, inspection forms, and preventative maintenance checklists accurately and on time.
• Keep all work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Secondary Responsibilities (Shared with Team)

• Model and promote a positive safety culture for employees and guests at all times.
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and Five Star Parks & Attractions standards in all work performed.
• All attraction work must follow manufacturer-specified procedures without deviation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical school certification preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in a maintenance-related role; apartment, hospitality, or commercial property maintenance experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; basic welding skills a plus.
• Must be able to stand or walk for up to 10-hour shifts and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, stooping, and squatting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• No certifications required; must be able to obtain any government-required licenses or permits if needed.
