ICU RN – (Indianapolis, IN) Shift: Nights, 3x12s (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) | 36 hrs/week Experience: 2+ years ICU Required: AHA BLS, ACLS Unit: 30-bed Adult ICU | Ratios 1:1–1:3 Must Have: ICU care, septic patients, ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring Preferred: CRRT, Epic experience Patient Population: Sepsis, respiratory failure, endocrine, substance abuse, psychiatric disorders Equipment: Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, EV1000 EMR: Epic Float: Required to other inpatient units when census is low Weekend: Every other weekend (Friday/Saturday nights) Scrubs: Navy Orientation: Hospital orientation + Epic (if needed) + 1 day on the unit
