Football: Equipment Manager

Football: Equipment Manager Starting Date: Immediately Mission Statement: Everett Athletics strives to educate and inspire student athletes to be the BEST version of themselves! Responsibilities Keeping track of all equipment, tools, and supplies, including procurement and disposal. Being present at all practices and games. Managing the distribution of equipment to appropriate personnel or departments as needed. Ensuring all equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements. Ensuring equipment is properly maintained and arranging for repairs when necessary to keep everything in working order. Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and uniforms as needed. Providing training on equipment usage and offering support to users as needed. Maintaining accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, repairs, and warranties. Liaising with equipment suppliers and vendors for purchases, repairs, and service agreements. Qualifications Previous equipment managerial experience is desirable. Previous experience in either high school, college or both is desirable. Knowledge of different sports and their rules and MIAA regulations governing those sports. Evidence of ability to get along with pupils, parents, colleagues, and other citizens. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred.
