Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care between inpatient and outpatient services. What You’ll Do Build professional relationships within the hospital to bridge the multidisciplinary care for patients in the hospital setting. Work closely with a collaborating physician to improve the decision-making process for patients in the outpatient clinic. Conduct assessments, interpret diagnostics, and develop individualized treatment plans. Manage acute and long-term oncology care, including treatment monitoring and patient education. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and mentor healthcare professionals. Support protocol development, quality improvement, and outcome tracking. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years in oncology nursing or comparable NP internship preferred. License: Active RN & NP certification in Indiana with prescriptive authority (or within 6 months). Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) certification or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred to help maintain current Commission on Cancer accreditation. Driven individuals who have a passion and desire to take Oncology practices to the next level. Skills: Strong clinical judgment, EMR proficiency, and excellent communication.
