Job Description The Content Creator is a hands-on content professional who produces engaging, relevant, and high-quality photo, video, and social media content from concept to publish. This role requires a creative person who can think strategically, execute quickly, operate within established brand guidelines, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Key Responsibilities Execute and maintain the content calendar at an established cadence (several posts per week), and propose content ideas to the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager. Research trends, use relevant audio, and bring recommendations to planning discussions to keep content fresh and timely. Recognize content opportunities (events, daily happenings, brand moments) as they arise. Shoot and edit short-form video content from start to finish: outlining, capturing footage, selecting music, editing, adding graphics, and formatting for each platform. Contribute to long-form projects as assigned. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content, following established brand guidelines. Manage photo/video assets including organization, editing, and delivery. Maintain consistent social media posting, including scheduling, caption writing, hashtag use, and platformspecific formatting, with oversight from the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager. Foster a positive community around our company’s and partner’s brands by engaging with followers through comments and direct messages. Be aware of basic performance and insights to propose adjustments to content and posting-schedule. Develop a thorough understanding of company programs, membership offerings, and partner brands to produce content that accurately and compellingly represents the business. Support and help coordinate higher-level content shoots with external partners and vendors. Occasional assistance with facility events as a runner, shuttle, etc. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media production, videography, or a closely related field. Proficiency in at least one professional video editing tool (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent) with willingness to grow across tools. Working knowledge of photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent). Comfortable operating DSLR/mirrorless camera equipment and mobile devices for content capture. Strong creative instincts with the ability to independently produce and deliver content that is on-brand and platform-appropriate within established guidelines. Self-starter who takes initiative and holds themselves accountable to quality and deadlines. Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities. Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting for captions, headlines, and short-form content. Excellent organization and time management skills with consistent ability to meet deadlines. Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive criticism. Ability to maintain a professional look and demeanor while working in a country club or VIP setting. Proficient with Mac OS and standard productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.). Availability to work select weekends and event-based scheduling as needed. Experience & Education Needed 2–4 years of professional experience in content creation, social media production, videography, or a closely related field. Portfolio required — must demonstrate hands-on video and photo work; end-to-end production of individual pieces expected, full-channel ownership not required. General Physical Requirements & Work Environment Crouching: Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine. Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and understand its meaning. Kneeling: Bending legs at the knee to come to a rest on the knee or knees. Lifting: Raising objects of 25 lbs. throughout the days and up to 50 lbs. occasionally from a lower to higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles. Occasional lifting overhead is needed. Pulling: Using upper extremities to exert force to draw, drag, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion. Pushing: Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force to thrust forward, downward, or outward. Standing: Particularly for extended periods of time. Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at waist. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full use of the lower extremities and back muscles. Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately and clearly. The worker is occasionally subject to races and sports cars. For periods of time there may be fuel and oil smells and noise levels over 110 db. The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures. The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions most of the time. Occasionally work must be performed outdoors that can be in the heat and coolness of desert climate. Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long periods of time.
