If you have limited experience, this program will teach you everything you need to learn to become a successful manager. In addition, assistant managers are eligible to earn performance‑based wage increases and sometimes incentives based on the profitability of their stores, as well as the store's overall performance. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver’s license and a good driving record Some management experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks at once Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example and expect the same from your crew by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image, and adherence to standards. Great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
