Speech Language Pathologist - Fulltime - Days - W.E.S.T. Float Team

Speech‑Language Pathologist – Engine to Transform Lives Responsibilities Collaborate closely with physicians to assess and continually evolve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing care plans. Engage with patients and families to create customized goals that get results. Develop and implement fun, interactive treatment plans that inspire progress and refine goals. Maintain clear, organized documentation to ensure compliance with departmental guidelines. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid Speech‑Language Pathologist license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA. 2+ years of experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
