Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Continuously evaluate and monitor patients' health, vital signs, and progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and adjust individualized care plans.
• Provide prescribed treatments, medications, and therapies while monitoring responses.
• Respond to acute changes in patient condition with immediate interventions and life-saving measures.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Work with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• TN Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Acute care setting

Job details:

• Pay: $1,822.93 - $1,879.31 / week
• Location: Gallatin, TN
• Assignment Length: 12
• Shift: Night - up to 36.00 hours per week
• Setting: Hospital
• Workplace: On-site
