Overview Banner Urgent Care is part of Banner Health, seeking full and part-time Physicians to join the team in the East Valley Phoenix Metro Area. This is a fast-paced, autonomous environment with a flexible schedule within a nationally recognized integrated health system. Responsibilities Support an autonomous practice with Medical Assistants, front office, and a network of specialists Maintain adaptable schedules to fit your lifestyle (full-time, part-time, weekend-only) Clinic hours open 7 days a week, including holidays (8:00 am – 8:00 pm) Provide care in urgent care or emergency settings with emphasis on patient-centric service Participate in innovative care models such as Telehealth, sports medicine, and primary care within the clinic network Option for Supervising Physician responsibilities with additional compensation Opportunities for professional growth, networking, and leadership development within Banner Health Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (ABMS) Proficiency in medical procedures commonly seen in urgent care or emergency settings Ability and desire to thrive in a patient-centric environment Benefits Competitive salary plus incentives Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits Paid Sick Time, Personal Time Off, Malpractice, and CME Financial savings resources and career advancement opportunities Well-being resources for providers Position: Physician - Urgent Care (POS15637) #J-18808-Ljbffr
