Join Our Team as a Human Resource Coordinator!Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources? If so, Tuttle AAG, LLC is looking for a dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to join our team in Friend, NE.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer benefits programs
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to managers and employees
- Create and deliver daily/weekly communication updates to support our social media outlets and keep our viewers connected
- Support and maintain company's culture by fostering initiatives that enhance employee experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in human resources
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
