Job Details Job Location: Fort Belvoir, VA 22060 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Professional Services Eligibility Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance or higher. Responsibilities Provides subject matter expertise in managing and executing the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software. Provides initial planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams. Provides support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Prepares Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a similar subject area with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Master’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
