Customer Service Engagement Specialist

To support customer interactions, the part-time Customer Service Engagement Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications while providing high-quality service in a fully remote capacity, averaging 20 hours per week. Key responsibilities Conduct inbound and outbound customer interaction support to ensure prompt and accurate service Document all customer interactions and escalate priority issues to appropriate resources Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and train junior engagement specialists Required qualifications High school education or equivalent 3-4 years of strong customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment Working knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in Microsoft Word and spreadsheets Experience in Medicaid managed care or the insurance industry is preferred Typing skills of 35-40 wpm preferred
