What You'll Do

• Connect with customers in retail locations and at promotional events.
• Educate customers on AT&T products and services, recommending solutions that fit their needs.
• Deliver a positive, memorable customer experience from start to finish.
• Build confidence through hands-on sales training, daily coaching, and one-on-one mentorship.
• Collaborate with a motivated, goal-oriented team that celebrates success together.
• Achieve performance goals, earn uncapped commissions, and qualify for weekly bonuses.

Who You Are

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with new people.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Goal-driven and excited by opportunities to challenge yourself.
• Coachable, dependable, and eager to grow personally and professionally.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability to work in person at retail locations and promotional events.

Position Details

Schedule: Thursday–Monday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (In-office, retail locations, and promotional events — 100% in-person)
