Job Summary
- Experienced Python Lead with strong expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications and backend solutions using Python .
- Skilled in leading technical teams, defining application architecture, conducting code reviews, and establishing development standards and best practices.
- Strong experience with Django, Flask, Fast API, REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and distributed systems .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based data processing workflows and pipelines
- Build scalable data ingestion and transformation systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize data processing performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
Required Qualifications
- Python: 10+ years of advanced Python development experience
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with complex data scenarios
- Data Processing Libraries: Proficiency with Polars, PyArray, Parquet, wheels, Pandas, NumPy, Apache Spark (PySpark), Dask, or similar frameworks
- AI Tools: Experience using AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc. ) for code generation, debugging, and optimization
