Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.57 - $19.57 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical processing location. Monitor and document the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries, helping to support authorized access throughout the location. Verify identification, credentials, and/or visitor logs while communicating post instructions and reporting unusual or suspicious activity through proper channels. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or public emergency responders when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, the business, and the perimeter to help observe conditions and support security‑related operations. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
