We’re Looking for Someone Who Knows the Trade

You’ll handle structural and non-structural repairs, frame and unibody work, disassembly and blueprinting, and work closely with the estimating and production teams to identify additional damage and keep repairs moving.

We prefer 2+ years of collision repair experience , but more important is your ability to perform quality repairs, work safely, communicate with your team, and take pride in the finished product.

I-CAR and OEM certifications are a plus—and if there’s additional training you need, we invest in helping our technicians continue to develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform replacement and repair of bolt-on and weld-on panels in accordance with manufacturer and company standards
• Execute structural and non-structural repairs, including airbag replacement and minor mechanical work as needed 
• Meet or exceed company performance standards for technician efficiency, cycle time, and quality to ensure on-time vehicle delivery and low return rates 
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Production Managers and Estimators regarding repair progress, vehicle status, and supplemental needs
• Follow all safety protocols, utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to proper repair procedures and hazardous waste disposal guidelines
• When applicable, test drive vehicles after repairs to verify safe operation, compliance with repair standards, and the quality and effectiveness of completed work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper tool return and management of parts and materials

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of auto body collision repair experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
• I-CAR and OEM certifications or training preferred 
• High school diploma or GED required; Auto Body Vo-Tech certification strongly preferred
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously 
• Must supply own tools in good working condition 
• Knowledge of and adherence to manufacturer and dealership safety guidelines and standards 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret repair instructions, written estimates, and work orders 
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment

The specific pay rate/salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by several factors including experience, education, specialized certifications from OEMs, and where the job is located.
