Location: Rockville, Oxon Hill, Greenbelt, and Owings Mills, MarylandJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Radiology Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations, performance, and strategic growth of our radiology clinics located in Rockville, Oxon Hill, Greenbelt, and Owings Mills, Maryland. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, excellent patient service, strong financial performance, and effective leadership across multiple outpatient imaging centers. The ideal candidate will bring both MRI technical knowledge and radiology clinic management experience to support high-quality care delivery and strong operational execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of multiple radiology clinic locations.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and operational best practices.Monitor clinic performance, staffing levels, workflow efficiency, and service quality.Lead, coach, and support clinic leadership and staff across the region.Conduct routine site visits to assess operations, provide support, and drive accountability.Review financial and operational reports and implement strategies to improve performance.Partner with executive leadership on regional growth initiatives and operational improvements.Support patient satisfaction efforts and assist with resolution of escalated concerns.Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, compliance, and service excellence.Maintain consistent operational standards across all assigned locations.QualificationsBachelor 's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field required.Master's degree preferred.5-7 years in Healthcare Management required. Experience in Diagnostic Imaging preferred.Registered MRI Technologist in good standing, with current applicable certification and licensure as required (ARRT) is preferred.Experience managing a radiology clinic preferred.Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.Strong understanding of radiology clinic operations, including MRI workflow, staffing, scheduling, compliance, and patient care delivery.Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and operational performance improvement.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with EHR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.Work Environment and TravelThis role supports clinic operations in Rockville, Oxon Hill, Greenbelt, and Owings Mills and requires regular travel between locations based on business needs.Why Join UsThis is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing radiology organization and directly impact operational performance, team development, and patient experience across multiple locations.Qualified candidates with radiology operations leadership experience and MRI technical credentials are encouraged to apply!A job offer is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen.
