This short-term travel assignment offers clinical autonomy within a collaborative residential treatment environment. Join an established medical team providing psychiatric care to adult patients while maintaining a predictable 40-hour workweek . Providers will have the opportunity to expand their experience in psychiatric evaluation, medication management, therapy, and ongoing patient care. Job Responsibilities Provide psychiatric rounding and follow-up care for adult residential patients. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management. Participate in treatment team meetings and complete clinical documentation. Provide approximately one 50-minute therapy session plus documentation per patient each week. Manage a caseload of approximately 28–30 patients with additional rounding when clinically warranted. Qualifications Board Certification preferred but not required. BLS certification required. Relevant psychiatric clinical experience accepted in place of fellowship. DEA/suboxone certification is not required; Suboxone certification is preferred. Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain as applicable. Working Hours 40 hours per week Option for 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days No on-call requirement.
