Clubhouse Rehabilitation Associate — Mount Vernon, WA — Part‑time (20–30 hrs/week, potential for full‑time) About Skagit Clubhouse Skagit Clubhouse is part of the international Clubhouse movement, an evidence‑based model of psychosocial rehabilitation that helps adults living with serious mental illness reclaim their lives, pursue goals, and build community. As a Clubhouse Rehabilitation Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting members to achieve their personal, educational, social, and employment goals. This is a hands‑on position where staff work collaboratively with members—not “for” them—on the meaningful work of running the Clubhouse. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team that values strengths, creativity, and shared success. What You’ll Do Work alongside members in daily Clubhouse operations: reception, data entry, meal preparation, snack bar, and maintaining a welcoming space. Support members in building skills, confidence, and independence through meaningful work and social opportunities. Assist with planning and facilitating events, health and wellness activities, and educational programs. Help connect members with community resources (housing, healthcare, employment, benefits, etc.). Provide transportation and support for appointments, social outings, or conferences. Participate in evening/weekend activities approximately once a month. Uphold the Clubhouse International Standards and contribute to a culture of hope, respect, and recovery. What We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Washington State Driver’s License and acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Access). Ability to register as a WA State Counselor (if not already). Preferred: Experience working with adults living with mental illness. Training in trauma‑informed care. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Personal Strengths: Excellent listener and communicator. Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask. Works well independently and on a team. Strong initiative and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable maintaining professional boundaries. Brings a positive, strengths‑based perspective. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $26–$35/hour, depending on experience. Part‑time: 20–30 hours/week, with the possibility of full‑time. 90‑day review with potential for pay increase.
