Manufacturing Tech Lead, M-F 8:30 AM to 5PM
PCI Pharma Services
Manufacturing Technician III/IV leadership role overseeing complex pharmaceutical and medical device production operations. Directs teams in aseptic compounding, filling, packaging, and equipment operations while maintaining GMP compliance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing teams in completing daily production tasks and schedules
- Operate aseptic filling equipment, lyophilizers, autoclaves, and sterilization systems
- Mentor and train less experienced staff on aseptic techniques and procedures
- Prepare solutions, dispense products, and perform vial and component preparation under sterile conditions
- Complete batch records, logbooks, and documentation; troubleshoot equipment and process deviations
Requirements
- 2-4 years pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing experience in finished dose form
- Strong aseptic techniques and fill-finish operations knowledge
- Experience reviewing and creating controlled manufacturing documents
- High school diploma minimum
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand 6 hours continuously
- Capability to work variable shifts up to 10 hours as needed
