WAREHOUSE SUPERVISORS WANTED

We are currently seeking 2 Warehouse Supervisors for our distribution center near the Kenosha, WI area. If you feel you have the experience we're looking for that's listed below please apply today.

Supervisor Shift and Pay:

• Day Shift 6pm-6am
• Night shift 6pm-6am
• Rotating weekends (2.2.3)
• Pay: $25/hr

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and maintain contact with Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain accurate payroll records.
• New employee onboarding and training.
• Forklift Training - willing and able to train others on Forklifts
• Review and maintain all equipment inspection and maintenance records.
• Lead Huddle meetings each shift to convey daily departmental goals.
• Lead and participate in Accident Investigation and Corrective Actions.
• Conduct drug tests per training and company policy as required.
• Maintain OSHA compliance, Behavior Based Observation requirements and safety requirements.
• Strategic planning of all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling and order fulfillment.
• Planning and monitoring daily labor requirements.

Supervisor Job Requirements:

• 5 years Warehouse Leadership Experience preferred.
• WMS and RF handheld scanner experience preferred
• Must be willing to travel on an infrequent basis.
• Must obtain Industrial Truck Certification through in house training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• PPE- Steel Toe Shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, and reflective/high-visibility vest/shirts required.
