Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a dynamic school setting and provide much-needed support to students during a pivotal academic year. This contract opportunity is based in the Santa Clara area, offering you the chance to collaborate closely with a dedicated educational team while assisting students across different levels of need.

Assignment Details:

• Work with students at two elementary school sites, with part-time placement at Braly Elementary (serving mid to moderate cases) and Briarwood Elementary (general education and preschool caseload).
• You’ll serve as an additional SLP—helping manage larger caseloads, offering assessment support, and relieving current staff from overloads. This role does not require you to be the primary SLP at any site.
• Experience a varied schedule, spending each day at a different location (one site per day), with hours from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Start date is September 25, 2026, with the assignment continuing until the district completes its internal hiring process.

Key Qualifications:

• SLP experience within a school setting, preferably holding ASHA CCC or equivalent qualifications.
• Comfort working independently, adapting to different campuses, grades, and student needs.
• Strong collaborative skills to consult and communicate with other SLPs and support staff.
• California SLP license preferred but not required by the district.
