Title and Rate of Pay will be based on Education and Experience

What You'll Do:

• Perform duties pertinent to practice area in C.T., including patient education and consent.
• Insure accurate physician orders.
• Practice Sterile technique and assisting in Radiologist procedures.
• Perform clerical/support functions including accurately completing information in Radiology System and PACS.
• Perform a variety of technical procedures utilizing existing standards as a guide.
• Assure compliance with all state, JCAHO, ODH, and other regulatory bodies through an ongoing review of required documentation and system analysis.
• Demonstrate Quality Assurance in job performance including maintaining QA program turnaround change and process of QA.
• Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies / behaviors
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Completion of a formal Radiologic technology program in an A.M.A approved school specializing in Radiology Technology.
• Must be registered or present evidence of Registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology and CT sub-specialty.
• Must possess current Ohio License within area of assignment.
• Minimum 1 year clinical CT Experience
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and related physiology required, and demonstrate the clinical skills to function independently.

Licenses and Certifications:

• BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire
• ARRT Radiography
