SelectorPay Rate/Range: $20 Hours: Sunday through Thursday 5:00 p.m. to completion Location: North Little Rock, AR Duration: 3 monthsPosition SummaryResponsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift to select products from warehouse racking, label products using RF technology, palletize items to build customer orders, and deliver completed pallets to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves working in multiple temperature-controlled environments, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer areas.Key Responsibilities / Essential FunctionsOperate electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts safely and efficientlySelect correct products from warehouse racking to fulfill customer ordersUse RF units to create and apply labels accurately to productsBuild pallets according to proper selecting procedures (e.g., labels facing outward, no heavy-on-light stacking)Stage completed pallets at designated dock locations for loadingStretch-wrap pallets on the loading dockMaintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including pallet jacks, RF units, and personal protective equipment (PPE)Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned equipmentWork in warehouse environments with fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer areasComplete all product selection and loading tasks accurately, including working overtime, weekends, and holidays as requiredRequired Skills and AbilitiesAbility to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established by engineered production standardsAbility to work rapidly at a consistent pace for the entire shift in a fast-paced environmentAbility to meet or exceed established cases-per-error performance goalsAbility to develop and maintain working knowledge of products, placement, and inventory control proceduresBenefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
