The strategist will work closely with other commodities strategists, the front office trading and origination teams and IT. Responsibilities include:Develop new pricing and forecast models. Improve the existing modelsSetup and test of new products for tradingPerform data analysis for the trading deskWork with traders and originators on deal pricing and risk managementWork with market and model risk groups on model documentation and approvalSkills required:Master or PhD degree in a quantitative subject2-5 years of Commodities experienceCoding experience, preferably in Python/C++User level experience with GenAI coding toolsGood analytical, problem solving and communication skillsWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
