Clinical Manager (RN) – HospiceBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Harrisburg, PA Hospice office as a Clinical Manager. As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead and support a dedicated team of clinicians while helping ensure our clients and their families receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout their hospice journey.As a Clinical Manager, you will:Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses and field clinicians to provide exceptional hospice care.Conduct supervisory and assessment visits with adult and geriatric clients throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas.Supervise, coach, and support a team of nurses and other field clinicians.Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new clinicians.Support the training, development, and ongoing education of clinical staff.Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and educational programs for field staff.Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to clinicians, clients, and families.Partner with the interdisciplinary team and office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.Previous hospice experience required.Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary, paid weeklyComprehensive benefits package including:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidays, vacation, and sick timeEmployer-paid life insurance401(k) with company matchDirect depositEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Join a supportive and collaborative team where your leadership and clinical expertise can make a meaningful difference every dayBAYADA Home Health Care, Inc., and its associated entities and joint venture partners, are Equal Opportunity Employers.
