Cycle Counter - Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Are you detail-oriented and ready to play a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations? As a Cycle Counter, you'll be at the heart of our inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency through regular inventory counts and seamless material handling. This position is vital in supporting production lines and maintaining the integrity of our warehouse, making a real impact on overall operational success.

Required Skills:

• Ability to perform accurate inventory counts and maintain records using inventory systems such as ERP or WMS
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry capabilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Effective teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed
• Familiarity with safe warehouse procedures and compliance with OSHA standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Forklift certification or practical forklift operation experience (training provided if needed)
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Experience pulling, staging, and delivering materials to production lines
• Knowledge of packaging and shipping standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Ability to safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
