Your Day‑to‑Day Support and lead small event teams to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver engaging, confident presentations to the public about important causes Learn performance tracking and reporting metrics from experienced team leads Assist with staff onboarding and team motivation as your confidence grows Contribute to brainstorming and feedback sessions on new campaign ideas What You’ll Grow Into (Managerial Duties) As you progress in the role, you’ll transition from supporting events to overseeing campaign performance and mentoring new team members.
