Job Opportunity At Entune Behavioral HealthEntune Behavioral Health offers outpatient behavioral health services for children and adults in multiple clinics throughout Arizona. We provide couple's and family therapy services, Psychiatric Evaluations, and Medication Management Services. We are actively seeking a provider in Tucson, AZ, to service our clinics in Arizona.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will:Counsel and educate patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concerns.Document items such as: chief complaint, past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment, and plan.Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans.Assist with oversight of Therapist's intakes as applicable based on insurance requirements.Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures.Order lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provide advice on follow up.Complete integrated healthcare referrals internally and externally as requested and as medically necessary.Responsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services.Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation as applicable.Complete all documentation and paperwork in a timely manner (48 hours) in the electronic healthcare record.Maintain quality of care standards as defined by the practice.Full-Time BenefitsGenerous benefit package including:Health - Dental - Vision - Life - Long-Term & Short-Term Disability InsurancePaid Holidays + PTO + Sick Leave401KHSAEmployee Assistance ProgramAnnual Stipend and Time Off for Continuing EducationProfessional Licensure ReimbursementRequirementsQualifications and Education Requirements:Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license.Current and unrestricted DEA certificate.Current CPR, AED, First Aid, DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card certifications.Effective communication skills.Outstanding organization skills and ability to multi-task.Takes initiative, creative, has problem solving ability, is adaptable, and flexible.Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Job descriptions are not intended, and should not be construed, to be exhaustive lists of all responsibilities, skills, and efforts.
