Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.We Take Care of Our People:Paid Time Off I 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing I Health and Wellness Benefits I Learning and Development Opportunities I Referral Program I Competitive Pay I Recognition I Employee Stock Purchase Plan I Inclusive & Supportive CultureYour Challenge:Manage a team of quality engineers to provide both Customer and Supplier Quality support related to the Business UnitThe Customer Quality Team is responsible for:Lead customer complaint investigations, including preparation of 8D reports and customer presentationsManage internal and customer deviation requestsManage Customer Regulatory RequestsLead investigations on production issues related to finished goods and disposition material as necessary, including creating rework jobs and associated controlsProjects:Gate Review DeliverablesPreparation of Customer PPAPsOwnership of Control PlansECN Review/ApprovalThe Supplier Quality Team is Responsible for:Lead all Supplier issue investigations (SCARs), including identification of issues by analyzing QC Inspect, QA Pend, and HOLD dataSet Incoming Inspection requirements and populate Quality Cards in CSIManage Supplier Audit Program and Complete Supplier Audits as neededManage supplier deviation requestsMonitor supplier performance through supplier scorecardsProjectsReview and approval of components PPAPsECN Review/ApprovalDevelop and monitor KPIs relevant to departmental performanceResponsible for compliance to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001, and Corporate Safety programsMaintains close working relationships with departmental managers/supervisors to assure proper support of the quality systems at each location. Provides guidance to and counsels employees.What you bring:7+ years' experience in an automotive manufacturing companyBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related disciplineDemonstrable leadership skills and people management capabilityAbility to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in process improvement initiativesExperience with the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2000 and/or IATF 16949 applied to both manufacturing and product development.
