Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
- Complete service requests and respond to on-call emergencies
- Maintain property grounds, amenities, and building systems
- Track and maintain tools and inventory
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Prior apartment maintenance or handyman experience
- Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation
- Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
