A fast-growing retail company in the beauty and wellness industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Generalist** to join our Los Angeles-based team. This position plays a key role in managing daily HR operations including full-cycle recruitment, compliance, employee relations, benefits support, and HRIS management.
