What We Offer Compensation: Salary: $78,000–$100,000/year Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $70–$72/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35–$36/meeting hour Sign-on and relocation bonuses up to $10,000 Performance-based incentives up to $9,000 annually Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company matching PTO that grows with tenure, plus paid holidays Life and disability insurance Student loan repayment assistance program Employee referral program What Makes This Role Different Compensation flexibility : Choose between salaried or pay-per-billed-hour models Schedule flexibility : Four- or five-day work weeks, part-time options, and flex days — structure your week around your life Manageable caseloads : Focus on quality care, not volume True multidisciplinary collaboration : Fully integrated care alongside PT, SLP, and BCBA teams What Your Days Will Look Like Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team Provide culturally competent, family-centered care Complete case management consistent with quality assurance standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in team meetings and care coordination What You\'ll Need Master\'s degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain BLS/CPR certification Pediatric experience preferred — new grads welcome! Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to sit for 1–2 hours and stand or walk for 4–6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
