Humble, hungry, smart, helpful, and flexible ROCKSTAR level bartender that can build a clientele with their good attitude and level of engagement. We offer bartender responsibilities:Represent Martini Bay and London Bridge Resort at all timesPreparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patronsInteracting with customers, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinksAssessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendationsEnsuring NO customer or potential customer is ignoredEducating guests on new our products and new productsWe are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes tips.Responsibilities include:Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patronsOffer and take food and appetizer orders to help keep patrons in seats longerInteract with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinksAssess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuCheck customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsBe awesomeBe kind to all including staff, co-workers, management, and of course our guests and regulars.Requirements include:Resume and proven working experience as a bartenderExcellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinksComputer literacyKnowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits is required; willingness to learn more and different items more required.Positive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked, and cleanRelevant training certificates such as Serve Safe certification.Martini Bay is a part of the London Bridge Resort Family.
