Compensation Dental Assistant / Registered Dental Assistant (RDA, RDAEF2): $18.00 - $30.00 per hour. Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH): $40.00 - $50.00 per hour. You have high moral and ethical character, such as the ability to maintain compliance with the American Dental Association and federal or state regulations. Essentially, we’re looking for our Superheroes in dentistry. Registered Dental Assistants (RDA’s and RDAEF’s) must be licensed and in good standing with the State of California. Dental Hygienists must be licensed and in good standing with the State of California.
