Lead Insight Analyst (Kroger)

We're looking for a Lead Insight Analyst to work directly alongside our Kroger client team, delivering high-impact analytics that influence commercial decisions and drive measurable business outcomes. This isn't a traditional reporting role. You'll be embedded within the client environment, acting as a trusted analytics partner, translating complex data into clear recommendations and responding to bespoke business questions from senior stakeholders. What you'll be doing As a Lead Insight Analyst, you'll work closely with Kroger stakeholders and Retail Insight colleagues to deliver analysis that supports strategic and operational decision-making. Your Responsibilities Will Include Acting as a trusted analytics partner within the Kroger business. Managing and delivering bespoke ad-hoc insight requests from stakeholders across multiple business functions. Translating complex datasets into meaningful, actionable recommendations. Identifying trends, risks and opportunities within retail performance data. Presenting findings and recommendations to client stakeholders in a clear and engaging way. Leading analytical projects from initial brief through to delivery and implementation. Supporting and mentoring junior analysts where required. Collaborating with internal Retail Insight teams to ensure consistency, quality and best practice. Helping to shape and evolve insight solutions based on changing client needs. What we're looking for You’ll be someone who combines strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills. We're Particularly Interested In People Who Have Significant experience in data, analytics or insight-focused roles. Previous experience working directly with business stakeholders or clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience turning data into practical business recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. A proactive and commercially minded approach to problem solving. Experience within grocery retail, FMCG or consumer-facing industries would be advantageous. Technical skills SQL Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools Excel Data analysis and statistical methodologies Retail or customer performance metrics Some of our extras...
