Job Title

Registered Nurse – MedSurg/Telemetry

Location

Concord, MA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3x12 or 4x12 shifts | Expected 36 or 48 hours/week | Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a MedSurg/Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Float to similar units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Complete a telemetry competency assessment on the first day of orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association) required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Telemetry experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech electronic health record system
• Familiarity with MedSurg and Telemetry unit workflows in an acute care setting
