They operate and maintain equipment in factories, working collaboratively with a team to assemble products or goods. Here are the key duties and responsibilities of a Production Assembler:Assembling Goods to Finished Product: Assemble products or components according to specifications.Monitor the production process and perform basic testing and quality checks.Inventory Management: Properly store goods and raw materials in the factory.Pack goods ready for shipment.Maintaining Work Areas and Equipment: Keep work areas clean and organized.Perform routine maintenance on machinery.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience as a Production Worker.Skills: Familiarity with using power tools and other equipment.Ability to read and comprehend instructions.Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.Physical strength and stamina.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Our ideal Production Assembler is hardworking, safety-conscious, and takes pride in their work.
