Behavioral Health Technician

Central Carolina Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct patient care, support daily living activities, and assist with therapeutic interventions. How You Will Contribute Assist patients with activities of daily living. Provide or assist with direct patient care, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions. Observe and record patient behavior and activities. Report changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff and suggest modifications to the treatment plan. Provide crisis intervention with incoming calls and on the unit to maintain safety. CNA Preferred Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Qualifications Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 45 days of hire. Handle With Care (HWC) certification required within 45 days of hire. High School Diploma or equivalent.
