Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedics experience required. Experience with NextGen outpatient orthopedic documentation preferred.
• Ability to manage a patient caseload of approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour day and perform 40-minute evaluations.
• No new graduates. Prior clinical experience in outpatient settings required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with direct access to referring physicians.
• Familiarity working with support staff in high-volume outpatient clinics.
• Prior travel or per diem experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday scheduling with flexible options.
• Approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour shift.
• 40 minutes allotted for evaluations.
• Start as soon as possible.
• May be required to float to nearby locations within the region.
