Volt is immediately hiring for a  Bilingual Warehouse Associate in Piscataway, NJ.

As a  Bilingual Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use handheld scanners and computer systems to track inventory and process shipments.
• Assemble boxes and packaging materials for outgoing orders.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Palletize products and prepare shipments for transportation.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.

This is a  full-time, temp to hire  opportunity.  Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay rate: $19.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
