Hospital employed practice is seeking Urologist to join team Clinic hours are 7:00am-5pm, Monday Friday First year surgical volume expected to be 425-525 cases Cysto suite in hospital includes 3 scopes New physician will see 30+ patients per day Patient panel consists of 60% adult & 40% geriatric 3 da Vinci Robots Clinic across the street from the hospital Supported by 2 Nurse Practitioners Stable staff includes Administrator, Clinic Supervisor, 2 LPN's & Scribe Practice EMR is Athena, hospital EMR is Paragon Clinic diagnostics include Ultrasound & KUB Experienced OR staff, Director tenure of 10+ years Blocked OR time available ASC on campus Practice call is Call is 1:3, Hospital call 7 days per month Less than 20% of call requires physician to come to hospital Year 1: $550,000 Base Salary WRVU Productivity Bonus Sign on: Up to $50k Student Loan: Up to $100,000 Relocation: $10,000 Residency Stipend Available CME: $2,500 Full Medical Benefits Health, Dental, Vision 1 Week CME + allowance 40K & 457, 529 College Savings Plan 20 Days PTO + National Holidays Marketing + practice growth assistance
