Position: Bilingual Line Lead
Location: Swedesboro, NJ 08085
Pay Rate: $18.25 an hour

Job Description:

In this role, you will lead production line operations by supporting team performance, maintaining workflow, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. You'll serve as a key point of communication between team members and leadership while helping drive productivity, quality, and operational success throughout the shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support daily production line operations
• Lead and motivate team members to meet production goals
• Monitor workflow and maintain line efficiency
• Communicate instructions clearly in both English and Spanish
• Support production schedules and operational priorities
• Ensure food safety, quality, and company procedures are followed
• Assist with training and supporting production employees
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve production concerns
• Monitor team performance and maintain production standards

Shift/Hours:

• 8:00am - Finish

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent production experience required
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required
• Minimum 1 year of line lead or supervisory experience required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish
• Food production experience preferred
• Red Zone experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed
