We're actively seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Line Lead to join our team in Swedesboro. Job Description: In this role, you will lead production line operations by supporting team performance, maintaining workflow, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. You'll serve as a key point of communication between team members and leadership while helping drive productivity, quality, and operational success throughout the shift. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and support daily production line operations Lead and motivate team members to meet production goals Monitor workflow and maintain line efficiency Communicate instructions clearly in both English and Spanish Support production schedules and operational priorities Ensure food safety, quality, and company procedures are followed Assist with training and supporting production employees Coordinate with supervisors to resolve production concerns Monitor team performance and maintain production standards Shift/Hours: 8:00am - Finish Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent production experience required Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required Minimum 1 year of line lead or supervisory experience required Must be able to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish Food production experience preferred Red Zone experience is a plus Strong leadership and decision-making skills Basic computer skills required Ability to stand for long periods Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed Ready to make a move?
