Actual amounts may vary by location, hours worked, and customer discretion. Averages are based on 2025 reporting. Responsibilities Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service. Be knowledgeable about coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks. Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards. Work all café positions – cross‑trained and adaptable, including kitchen work to order. Keep spaces clean, safe, and always ready for guests and teammates. Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications. Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas. Qualifications 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred. Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service. Strong communication skills with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude. Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays; at least 22 hours per week. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
