As a Physical Therapist Clinic Director, you lead outpatient orthopedic care while providing direct, evidence-based treatment. You evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and guide their rehabilitation. You support a patient-first culture, collaborate with clinicians and support staff, and help optimize clinic operations, documentation workflows, and quality of care to promote strong clinical outcomes and an effective care environment.

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting
• Develop and progress individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Use EMR and documentation tools to complete accurate, timely notes
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate patient care
• Support a patient-first culture and high clinical quality standards
• Oversee day-to-day clinic workflows and contribute to operational efficiency
• Mentor or guide less experienced clinicians in best practices
