This is more than just a support role—you'll be the technical lead and trusted advisor, owning infrastructure projects end-to-end and shaping the client's IT environment. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary onsite engineer and trusted advisor for a major client
• Lead technical projects from design to implementation
• Deploy and manage Azure environments (VMs, networking, identity, storage)
• Administer the full Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Manage and secure endpoints using Microsoft Intune
• Handle advanced support escalations (servers, cloud, networking)
• Collaborate with your team to drive IT strategy and improvements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an MSP or multi-client IT support environment
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows Server
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and manage client expectations
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset

Salary and Benefits:
