Licensed Massage Therapist (Part-Time or Full-Time, 1099 Contractor)

We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team/family. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, committed to providing exceptional client care, and experienced in creating personalized treatment plans to meet clients' needs.

We currently have three (3) positions available and are looking for motivated therapists who are dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional therapeutic massage services tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct client consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Educate clients on wellness practices, self-care, and treatment recommendations.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and properly sanitized between sessions.
• Maintain compliance with all state licensing requirements and industry standards.
• Foster positive client relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Current Massage Therapy License in good standing.
• Previous massage therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and client-focused.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep tissue, Swedish, sports, prenatal, or therapeutic massage techniques.
• Knowledge of holistic wellness and client-centered care.
• Ability to build and retain a loyal client base.
