Valet - Guest ServicesWe are looking for a professional and courteous Valet - Guest Services team member to join our organization. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker who can safely operate guests' vehicles while providing excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment. As a Valet - Guest Services team member, you will assist Luggage Porters with the arrivals and departures of our guests and maintain a strong sense of teamwork throughout your shifts.Qualifications:Must have a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 yearsMust be at least 18 years oldAvailability on weekends and holidays is requiredExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand and walk for long periods of time and run up to 9-12 miles in a shiftResponsibilities:Greet guests and assist them with their arrival and departure experienceSafely operate guest vehicles and park them in designated areasRetrieve vehicles promptly upon requestKeep track of keys and provide guests with accurate ticket informationMaintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor with guests, coworkers, and managementEnsure the safety and security of guests' vehicles at all timesPerform other duties as assigned
