This is a field-based role that involves travel to various job sites (industrial, commercial, and municipal). You'll be responsible for high-pressure water blasting, cleaning, and surface preparation tasks as part of a safety-driven, high-performing crew.This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating specialized equipment, and being part of a supportive, skilled team.We OfferPensionOpportunities for growth and advancementSafety boot allowanceComprehensive benefits packageOn-site parkingOn-the-job trainingOvertime and additional opportunity for hoursUniformsScheduleAbility to work flexible hours, including some on-call, overtime, evenings, and some weekends is a requirement.Pay Rate$20.00–$25.00/hr.ResponsibilitiesOperate high-pressure water blasting equipment for industrial cleaning, paint removal, and surface prep.Perform scheduled and emergency field service work at client sites.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and client standards.Follow proper procedures for setup, operation, and shutdown of equipment.Travel to various sites (company vehicle or travel allowance provided).Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.Complete documentation, reports, and safety checklists as required.Operate 1,500 PSI to 40,000 PSI high-pressure water blasting units.QualificationsValid Driver's License.Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime.Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and wear PPE.Previous experience with water blasting, industrial cleaning, or pressure washing is preferred but not required — training is provided.Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.Safety certifications (e.g., Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights) are an asset.TEAM Group is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment where all employees feel valued and respected, and where every employee can realize their potential.
