Director of Benefits

Marvin is seeking a Director of Benefits to lead strategy, design, and administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs for our manufacturing and corporate teams. This role will evaluate and optimize benefit offerings, manage vendor and broker relationships, and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and other regulations. The Director will use data to drive decisions, support annual enrollment, oversee benefits communication, and partner with HR and leadership to align benefits with Marvin’s people-first culture, safety focus, and long-term employee growth and retention goals.
